Enterprise Application Management and Technical Support Services Contractor shall provide ITIL-based service management for application administration, development, integration, maintenance, upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization. The services shall also include system and solution engineering, application-specific server management / support, and security management. In coordination with the University, the Contractor shall participate in incident management, problem management, project management, change management, release management, and process improvement activities and services. These services shall be applied to all University in-scope on-premises and hosted applications, services, and solutions. This Contractor will be part of a blended team working with Business and Technical resources at the University as opposed to a turn-key solution.
