Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. HMA ST S 3 /8”, PG 58-28S This item shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to design and produce bituminous mixtures per Iowa D.O.T. Standard Specifications and the attached HMA Supplemental Specifications. The use of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) shall not exceed 10% in any mix produced. The use of Recycled Asphalt Shingles (RAS) shall not be allowed. Payment for this item shall be at the unit bid price per ton. 2. HMA ST S-I 1 /2”, PG 58-28S This item shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to design and produce bituminous mixtures per Iowa D.O.T.
