Weigh refrigerant container to calculate exact amount of refrigerant removed. Service purge system: replace filters, clean or replace sight glass, inspect electrical, inspect all solenoid valve seats for wear and proper operation. Collect oil sample for analysis and supply written report on findings Replace oil filter; replace oil reclaim filter (refrigerant filter) Pressure test machine while refrigerant is removed. Use two (2) methods for leak detection: electronic and soap solution Evacuate machine to a minimum of 500 microns and place machine in verified 24 hour standing vacuum test.
