Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Ferris Wheel should meet the following requests: • Have a minimum height of 40 feet. • Have, at minimum, double seats (two patrons per cart). • Themed towards adults, not kids. • Must be self-powered or vendor-provided power. Purchaser will not provide power for the Ferris Wheel. • Operator must be present at all times to operate attraction, maintain safety, and enforce any height/weight requirements. Please note height/weight requirements in the bid. In addition, operator will check hand markings to affirm patrons have completed a liability form with the purchaser. • Operator will assist mobility users with access to the attraction where applicable. • Ability to safely operate on concrete. • Attraction color preferences: blue coloring is preferred. Orange/Purple are not preferred. All other colors are neutral preference.
