Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project would include the contractor providing PACS software installation, HL-7 integration, professional services, and data migration of PACS data from our current PACS system to a new PACS system . 1) The PACS software must have a minimum of 5 concurrent users and an annual study volume minimum of 2,500 annual exams per year. 2) PACS system must include one physician portal and one patient portal to provide referring physicians and patients secure, remote web access to review their results and access their images. 3) Software maintenance support to include phone and internet remote support for a minimum of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST (Mon – Fri), software upgrade bug fixing and standard function improvement. 4) The PACS software maintenance support will begin on or after the date that the PACS system becomes live in our environment and not at the time of the contract award. 5) HL-7 Modality Worklist to provide PACS system interface for passing patient demographics and modality configuration. 6) HL-7 URL Image Open Software to open studies within the EMR/EHR. 7) Data migration of PACS images from current PACS system to new PACS system. 8) Forwarder software to include ability to send images from facility to outside facility for interpretation. 9) Implementation will begin no later than ninety (90) days after the contract is awarded at a time that is mutually agreed upon by University and the Contractor.
