Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected vendor will be expected to provide the following services: 1. Yearbook production including (but not limited to) the following: a) Design and layout of the yearbook b) Inclusion of student portraits, group photos, and candid shots c) Collaboration with the yearbook committee and school staff for content creation d) Printing and delivery of the final yearbook e) Provide customer service in an exemplary manner including the following: 1. Maximum 72-hour turnaround on creative requests. 2. Artistic consultation and assistance. 3. Professionally printed samples of cover and end sheets once approved by the yearbook advisor. 4. Provide printed paper proof upon request. 5. Monthly meetings (in person or via Microsoft Teams if mutually agreeable) with customer service representative.
