This is a Price Agreement for Service, Repair and Maintenance of Water Wells, Irrigation Wells, Pumps, and New Well Installation Services. Repairs will be done either on-site or in Contractor’s shop, as appropriate. Repair work: Applicable quoted man-hour rates will be charged for on-site work and in shop repairs. Onsite work for water wells/pumps, irrigation wells/pumps, submersible well pump and sump pumps. If your company charges the same rate for all types of on-site work, please so indicate. These services will include, but not limited to: technical consultation, repair, removal, installation, rehabilitation, replacement of pumps, motors, etc., and the furnished of parts in conjunction with such work. The awarded Contractor shall submit to the County a detailed proposal including the quantity, duration, manhours, and cost of final approval. The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to perform the repair and maintenance as requested by the County. The Contractor shall perform such work in a through and professional manner. The Contractor shall secure the well site and it’s equipment at all times throughout the duration of work. The scope of services may also include developing required plans and specifications to repair, upgrade, replace or install new water pumps. The Contractor shall take full responsibility for recovery, repair or replacement of any County equipment damaged or lost due to the Contractor’s negligence or failure of his equipment.
