Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following public improvement project: Oregon City Quiet Zone (the “Project”) includes development to establish a railroad quiet zone in historic downtown Oregon City on crossings at 10th and 11th Streets, to establish railroad safety improvements at 10th Street & 11th Street for pedestrian only crossings, to foster prosperous economic transformation, to support housing and business development, to grow the Oregon City Regional Center, and to advance the Willamette Falls Legacy Project. Oregon Department of Transportation (“Agency” or “ODOT") is requesting supplemental information regarding A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the above referenced public improvement Project. The needed Services are further described in Section 3. The expected outcome of the WOC is to provide design, environmental, right-of-way and public involvement services through Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (“PS&E”), as well as, construction engineering support or Contract Administration/Construction Engineering Inspection (“CA/CEI”) if required during the construction phase of the Project. Proposers responding to the Mini-RFP do so solely at their expense. Agency is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with the Mini-RFP.
