Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following are the minimum requirements that need to be met in order for a proposal to be considered by NSD. 1. Two Way Communication: Offeror must allow for monitored two-way communication including parents, teachers, and students. 2. Simultaneous Communication: Product must allow for simultaneous communication to social media and direct messaging in one platform. (Example Announcement goes as text/email to parents, and is posted to Facebook, Instagram, and Website) 3. Mobile App: Communication tool must include a mobile app. 4. Data Use: Communication tool must be able to use data from our student information system which is Infinite Campus. Example: Use API/File upload to access student information.
