1. Contractor shall cut weeds on public or private property to a height not to exceed two inches (2”) aboveground. 2. Contractor shall haul cuttings away and properly dispose of them. 3. Contractor shall perform rough grading as required to level or remove banks of dirt, junk, or debris that may otherwise interfere with adequate weed control. 4. Contractor shall cut weeds along fence lines that are not accessible by machinery using hand-held equipment to a height not to exceed two inches (2”) aboveground. 5. If directed by City’s designee, Contractor shall remove accumulations of trash, debris, and other miscellaneous items. 6. Hand weeding between cultivated plants may be required, as directed by the City’s designee, to remove noxious weeds including Puncture Vine, Myrtle Spurge, etc. 7. Contractor may be required to remove nuisance or invasive trees up to 2” caliper. The stump(s) shall be chemically treated to prevent regrowth.
