Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Contractor shall be responsible for demolishing the wall and any electrical work outlined in purple per the attached floor plan. b. The Contractor shall be responsible for constructing 2 (two) new walls per the section outlined in red on the floor plan. c. The Contractor shall be responsible for painting the 2 (two) new walls using PPG Paints 15-25 Stonington. d. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing cove base to the new walls per the floor plan using Roppe Ivory 198. e. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying and installing 2 (two) doors, frames, and hardware outlined in pink per the floor plan. f. The Contractor shall be responsible for painting the newly constructed door frames with Sherwin Williams Seal Skin paint.
