The following specifications are minimum acceptable requirements. Bid specifications may not be revised without an official written addendum issued by Purchasing. 10.1 Truck and equipment operators must be properly licensed and trained in accordance with federal, state and local laws, codes, ordinances and industry standards. 10.2 Operators must perform all work in a professional and safe manner. 10.3 Trucks and equipment must be in good working order and meet or exceed industry standards for the type of work assigned or requested. 10.4 Road building and maintenance equipment includes graders, dozers, pavers, milling machines, diggers, rollers, logging equipment, road maintenance equipment, etc. 10.5 Any mobilization cost for construction equipment shall be listed separately and clearly labeled as mobilization. The price listed shall be the price per mobilization.
