Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District requires a qualified Internet Service Provider (ISP)/Supplier to provide Internet connectivity and to support the expansion of connectivity during the term of the contract. Currently, approximately 400 District sites receive Internet services. The District is currently connected to the Internet via two 100Gb/s links. Both 100Gb/s links are terminated at 7365 S. Lindell Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89139 in the District’s contracted co-location center, Switch Supernap-9. Specific Defined Tasks: The District’s minimum requirements are expressed herein: Provide resilient high speed services via two synchronous connections with a minimum of 100Gb/s per connection with connection provided at current point of service listed above. Access will be low latency, high speed, capable of supporting standard Internet traffic in support of the District’s routine business and educational requirements (including BGP, VoIP, video streaming, web browsing, and other requirements that may emerge). Provide any equipment necessary to interface with the District’s network, which shall be supplied, owned and maintained by the Supplier as part of the monthly rate. Provide live technical support and network monitoring 24x7x365 with one (1) hour response time for uplink service outage, or during periods of diminished uplink service, with two (2) hour full service restoration. Provide telephone notification, for up to four District designees, within 30 minutes of any disruption to service as defined herein. Provide re-routing in case network failure inaccessibility exceeding two hours. Provide monthly reports indicating: bandwidth availability, other as requested and denote any service disruption occurrences (date, time, and duration). Connection to the Internet shall be multi-=homed at the POP with diverse paths out of the Las Vegas Valley. Provide 100% guaranteed bandwidth from the District’s POP center to Provider’s upstream link with a reliability factor of 99.999% on a 24x7x365 basis forgoing scheduled maintenance activities which shall occur between the hours of 12:01 am to 4:01 am PST. Provide optional pricing for increased bandwidth ranging from 100 Gb/s up to 500 Gb/s.
