Specifications include, but are not limited to: This procurement consists of the purchase/procurement, including shop drawings process (review & approval process), manufacturing, and final delivery of the hot water, condensing, dual fuel (natural gas and No. 2 fuel oil) boilers. Equipment will then be delivered and turned over to a General Contractor (or its subcontractor) providing construction services to the facility (see Section 6 of this Special Terms and Conditions), who will then take responsibility for storage and installation. The vendor selected under this solicitation will be also responsible for coordinating the factory startup, final inspections, testing and warranty requirements under the specifications(reference section 235216)
