Information security must be ensured by the Contractor as the Contractor may have physical or electronic access to the Lottery’s protected information, and this information may be contained in systems that directly support the Lottery’s mission. This includes IT hardware and software, and the services associated with the management, operations, maintenance, programming and system administration of computer systems, networks, telecommunications, and social media. This also includes access to printed materials and other paper records. The Contractor and all Contractor personnel must not use or redistribute any Lottery information processed, stored, or transmitted by the Contractor except as specified in the Contract or upon written Lottery approval. All Contractor personnel requiring access to Lottery information, information systems, networks, or data must comply with Lottery security, privacy, and social media policies, in addition to all applicable Kansas and federal laws.
