Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove all ballast, roof pavers, built-up roofing, wall and curb flashings, and remove all damaged insulation. 2.2 Replace damaged insulation at a per sq ft charge. 2.3 Dispose of all materials 2.4 Disposed ballast material can be hauled to the Sauk County Highway Department 2.5 Edge of building may need to be built up to attain R-value minimum of 25.2 2.6 Install 60 mil fully adhered Firestone or Carlisle roof membrane with minimum 20 year factory warranty 2.7 Flash all seams, curbs, penetrations, pitch pockets, and corners per manufacturer specifications. 2.8 Install aluminum termination bar at top of wall details under copings, and set in water block mastic. 2.9 ½” per foot taper to ensure proper drainage to all roof drains. 2.10 Caulk all needed areas and joints for tight/waterproof seals. 2.11 Replace flashing to match existing.
