The availability of the equipment in the plant must beable to perform in the manner intended to heat and cool the campus buildings, which includes dorms, classrooms,research animals, research projects and office space.The services needed include boiler and pressure vessel repair, steam system repair, chiller repair, air compressor repair, boiler service, industrial control maintenance and repair. Contractors performing these services must be highly skilled in their area of expertise and will be monitored by the Facilities Planning and Heating PlantSuperintendents
