Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work will consist of the construction of roadway on new alignment from existing All American Boulevard near the northwestern end of Laurel Park Trail to just west of George Browder Boulevard (Phase 1) then from George Browder Boulevard to Park West Boulevard (Phase 2) in Mount Pleasant as shown on the Plans. Construction activities include, but are not limited to clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainpipe and structure installation, asphalt paving, sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, pavement markings, permanent signage, landscape installation, irrigation system installation, and associated miscellaneous work. Also included in the work are utility relocates and improvements (water main), traffic control, and erosion control. The total length of the project is 3,025 linear feet of new alignment roadway.
