Window Cleaning - Window cleaning services may include both interior and exterior surfaces. Scope of work includes but is not limited to cleaning windows and removal of natural barriers, including wasp nests, bird nests or other debris that may otherwise prevent a window from being cleaned. Most of the facilities are to be cleaned annually while others will require multiple cleanings as stated in the scope below. Summer window cleaning for all areas must be completed no later than July 31st of each year Power Washing - Power Washing services include exterior surfaces. Scope of work includes but not limited to power washing walkways, breezeways, and exterior building finishes. Most of the facilities are to be cleaned annually while others will require multiple cleanings as stated in the scope below. Vendor must tape off/block entry door thresholds to prevent water infiltration inside units, hand wash handrails after power washing. Power washing the building ledges/eyebrows will always be in conjunction with window cleaning. Gutter Cleaning – Scope of work includes removing all debris from gutters and ensuring proper flow of building run off water from the roof to the ground. Exhaust Vent Cleaning – Exhaust Vent Cleaning includes cleaning of exterior exhaust vents from all locations. Remove bird nests and other debris from exhaust vents and vent covers. Where applicable, remove vent covers, clean exhaust ducting, replace vent covers, caulk around vent covers to prevent pest/water infiltration if necessary. Locations have varying sizes of exhaust vents and scope of work may require some alteration based on location. High Dusting - High Dusting services include interior surfaces. Scope of work includes dusting off, removing debris and wiping down ledges, beams, rafters, windowsills, and similar areas; removing cobwebs, bugs, debris and dusting light globes/fixtures; vacuuming stone fireplaces and vacuuming floors that become dirty resulting from dust and debris removal. Most of the facilities are to be cleaned annually while others may require multiple cleanings as stated in the scope below. Broken Glass Removal - Broken Glass removal services includes removing broken glass from exterior ledges, building eyebrows, windowsills, or similar areas. This scope will be only on an as requested bases resulting from broken windows.
