Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This Sole Source request is to license additional functionality for Gale, improving the basic functionality in the current statewide Library Database System purchased from Gale. This system is licensed by the University’s UETN on behalf of all USHE, K-12, and Libraries in Utah. These database enhancements from Gale are fully integrated with the current system. The added functionality of Gale in Context High School and Global Issues and national geographic kids is uniquely available from this single supplier. This agreement will be adding these 3 3 products as additional tool to our current Gale Agreement. These tools are proprietary to Gale and not offered from any other supplier.
