A. The Bidder shall provide the SCPA with Fuel Services at all Charleston-area terminals per the SCPA’s Fuel Requirements included as Attachment A. B. Fuel Services required include: 1. Unleaded Gasoline, Bulk Delivery – To be delivered and dispensed into storage tanks located on SCPA terminals. Deliveries may occur during daylight hours. 2. Off-Road Diesel Fuel (Red-Dyed), Bulk Delivery – To be delivered and dispensed into storage tanks located on SCPA terminals. Deliveries may occur during daylight hours. 3. Off-Road Diesel Fuel (Red-Dyed), Direct Equipment Fueling – To be delivered and dispensed nightly and directly into Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG) Cranes on SCPA terminals. Deliveries to occur nightly between 10pm – 4am. RTGs also have a separate DEF tank that also requires fueling. DEF to be topped off in RTGs as needed. 4. Biocides – Bulk fuel deliveries to include Biocides added to kill and prevent the proliferation of harmful fungi, microbes and yeasts in the fuel. C. Bidder shall inventory fuel provided for each delivery and to each individual RTG. D. Bidder shall leave fuel receipts at the terminal after each visit.
