Contractor will be required to provide a complete cutting of all sites listed (Lift Stations, Well Sites, & Treatment Plants), twice per month for eight (8) months- March through October, not to exceed sixteen (16) complete cuts per calendar year. The services for these locations will include: - grass cutting; - weed eating; - removal of trimmings from paved or decked areas; and - removal of litter prior to grass cutting from all sites. The Tammanend Utility site located at 30105 Tamanend Way, Lacombe, LA. will require grass to be cut once (1) per month during the months of April, June, August and September.The total area to cut is approximately four (4) acres. Additionally, the Provider will be required to cut once (1) per year along the Northlake outfall pipe at the Northlake Behavioral Health Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 63485 Blue Marlin Dr., Lacombe, LA. The Contractor shall cut 15’ swath with the pipe forming a centerline of said swath. The total area to cut is approximately 0.9 acres.
