Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Product and/or Service to be purchased: ChargePoint EV charging stations Sole Source Supplier: ChargePoint, Inc. The University has been using ChargePoint for the last five years through an awarded contract. Equipment was specified for a new construction project that is presently contracted. A change with the specified equipment will require new design engineering and contractor change orders which will cost the University additional funds and more time delays. The University proposes using ChargePoint as needed for this construction project for compatibility of EV charging stations. Estimated transitional costs of $10,000.00 are considered unreasonable and/or cost prohibitive.
