Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Works provides staff with required safety work boots and is seeking a Contractor to provide a full-service Safety Work Boot Purchasing Program. The Program shall achieve the following objectives: • Provide a full-service Safety Work Boot Purchasing Program that includes a trackable voucher system and offers on-sight mobile purchasing. • Assess trends and opportunities for safer boots for field staff in the Department of Public Works. • Assist the Department of Public Works in identifying comprehensive recommendations on the most economically, safety oriented, and operationally feasible boot recommendations for field staff. • Ensure the specific safety requirements for each division are met (forestry, electrical, et al.)
