The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for construction of new Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) room; new HVAC system for current and new CEMS rooms; new CEMS for three incinerators including rack/cabinet and miscellaneous components; removal and replacement of HVAC system and controls in Sludge Processing Building; removal and replacement of coating system on incinerator interior stack/duct work; hazardous building material abatement and removal; modifications to existing incinerator stack supports; safety railing improvements on the Sludge Processing Building roof; electrical improvements associated with the new CEMS room, CEMS, and HVAC equipment along with support equipment and accessories as shown and specified.
