Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix Safety Footwear Voucher program is designed to increase employee access to appropriate safety protective supplies. The City provides a fixed amount issued as vouchers to its Employees. Any additional cost above the voucher rate will be covered by the Employee. The intent is to ensure every Employee required under the OSHA regulations to use protective footwear has access without using personal funds except when footwear cost is in excess of the provided rate. 1. Contractor shall have a retail location within 30 miles of the City of Phoenix with available inventory for fitting, performance recommendations, and footwear compliance, herein. 2. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of 5 styles of footwear for Men and minimum of 5 styles of footwear for Women. These styles must meet the Safety division's footwear requirements. 3. Contractor shall provide the proposed discount to be offered to the City off the Catalog pricing of the Footwear.
