Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed solution will provide student engagement case management and early alert functionality that at a minimum includes tracking, monitoring, communicating, reporting, and supports customized workflows and notifications. The proposed solution will be able to integrate and work in harmony with existing MCCCD infrastructure, (e.g., integration with PeopleSoft Human Campus Solutions, Canvas Learning Management System, RioLearn Proprietary Learning Management System, Google Enterprise Email/Calendar, Data Lake, etc. The proposed solution will allow for upgrades to adapt to service needs of the future. The solution will support Maricopa’s existing data model, which is highly federated among 10 independently accredited Colleges, and will include any necessary data standardization and/or normalization efforts required to realize the benefits of the proposed solution. The solution will include extensive documentation (e.g., technical specifications, training manuals, user guides, integration guides, etc.). The solution will include product training, preferably in multiple formats (e.g., in-person, online resources, videos, etc.) Web and accessibility compliant (i.e., incorporate best web design practices, WCAG, ADA, 508 compliant). Solution should provide the ability to allow variations in configuration.
