Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minor work on the sanitary sewer and storm drain collection systems shall include but not be limited to the installation of new 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer and 10-inch to 30-inch storm drain pipe, the removal and replacement of manholes, sanitary sewer service lateral connections, removal and replacement of storm drain catch basins, surface improvements, utility adjustments, bypass pumping, traffic control and all miscellaneous and incidental work necessary to complete the project as specified. The project areas include Yori Avenue from Mill Street to Bresson Avenue, excluding the intersections of Taylor Street, Roberts Street, and Stewart Street. Sanitary sewer work is confined to Katherine Drive. The street rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, grading, temporary and permanent pavement patching, grind and overlay, section reconstruction with removal of existing materials, placement of new asphalt and base, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, pavement striping, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, root excavation and pruning, steel plate installation, installation of signage, and other miscellaneous work as outline in the Improvement Plans, the Specifications, and these General Provisions.
