Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minor work on the storm drain collection system shall include but not be limited to the installation of new 10-inch to 12-inch storm drainpipe, removal and replacement of storm drain catch basins, surface improvements, utility adjustments, traffic control and all miscellaneous and incidental work necessary to complete the project as specified. The project areas include Yori Avenue from Plumb Lane to Gentry Way, excluding the intersections of Linden Street, Grove Street, Apple Street, and Margrave Drive, Hubbard Way from Wrondel Way to South Virginia Street, Gallaway Lane from Yori Avenue to Wrondel Way, Stoddard Drive from Yori Avenue to end of cul-de-sac, and Flagg Drive from mid-block between Grove Street and Stoddard Drive up to end of cul-de-sac north of Stoddard Drive. The street rehabilitation shall include, but is not limited to, grading, temporary and permanent pavement patching, section reconstruction with removal of existing materials, placement of new asphalt and base, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, pedestrian ramps, speed tables, rectangular rapid flashing beacons, pavement striping, provisions for traffic control for the duration of the project, root excavation and pruning, steel plate installation, installation of signage, and other miscellaneous work as outline in the Improvement Plans, the Specifications, and these General Provisions.
