Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Reserve Study‘s primary objectives are to address the following: • All major components within the Garage in the context of their durability, anticipated lifecycle and replacement value including, but not limited to: o Costs of capital improvements, upgrades, or replacements made to the Garage, including elevators o Garage signage o Garage security cameras o Parking equipment including but not limited to kiosks, License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, Automatic Vehicle Identifiers (AVI), and gates. o Striping and labeling of the Garage parking areas. o Re-surfacing and/or seal coating the Garage’s parking areas. o Any other capitalized costs and expenses incurred in connection with the ownership or operation of the Garage. • An in-depth plan that encompasses the above items in terms of replacement and yearly funding required to meet the above needs. • Recommendations of inflation to be utilized in the Reserve Study • Recommendations for the following items over a 30-year period: o Reserve contributions o Reserve expenses o Projected reserve balance
