Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor will provide all engineering and permits required for project.2. Demo and remove existing canopy at the entrance of Family Court.3. Extend height of existing curbs at entrance of Family Court by no less than 24in or 2ft.4. Backfill behind curbing with dirt and grade so that water will drain from entrance into parking lot.5. Install new commercial aluminum canopy, 14ft projection and 12ftwide.•Canopy is to be at least 9ft tall in height with two LED watertight lights.•Canopy is to be secured to the building structure and supported by at least (2) 6ft aluminum columns. •Canopy is to have a guttering system where water can be removed from the building and drained into parking lot.
