Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall mow, edge, weed eat and collect vegetation on property to an average height not exceeding 2 inches. Vegetation growth in areas inaccessible by a mower shall be trimmed using appropriate equipment. • Contractor shall remove rubbish as directed by City employees and dispose of them properly. Contractor shall make every endeavor not to damage other property during the removal process. All loads shall be adequately secured prior to transport. The contractor may set a roll-off disposal container for abatement of large trash accumulations where general disposal transportation may not be feasible or practical. Roll-off disposal container must be placed on paved surface only, not permitted in the street, unless authorized by Code Official. • Contractor shall remove all brush and tree limbs as directed by the City and dispose of them properly. Contractor shall make every endeavor not to damage other property during the removal process. All loads shall be adequately secured prior to transport. The contractor may set a roll-off disposal container for abatement of large trash accumulations where general disposal transportation may not be feasible or practical. • Unsecured Structures All openings accessible from the ground shall be closed and boarded with an outdoor plywood-type material and secured with nails or screws adequate to prevent removal and/or re-entry. Other openings may be secured as directed by City employees.
