The awarded vendor would be responsible to adequately inform and educate members about all the options available to them prior to enrolling in a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and all issues related to enrollment such as member incentives and member initiatives. The Vendor shall provide the following services to members including, but not limited to: 1. Unbiased HMO enrollment counseling. 2. Outreach to members regarding choice options. 3. Assistance to members with taking complaints, filing grievances and completion of grievance forms. 4. Update program enrollment/disenrollment information in ForwardHealth Interchange and ACCESS and verify enrollment accuracy. 5. Perform specialized/targeted outreach activities including any requested by DHS. 6. Participate in stakeholder meetings. 7. Provide education/outreach to parents of children in out-of-home care (Care4Kids). 8. Review administrative HMO exemption and disenrollment requests based on State criteria. 9. Support other HMO enrollment activities to support member enrollment and disenrollment as well as member incentives or other member initiatives. 10. Implement processes and procedures for any regulatory changes that occur for Enrollment Broker Services.
