Specifications include, but are not limited to: PROVO CITY – Fort Utah All-Wheels Park Design & Build, for the skate bowl replacement, new asphalt pump track(s), concrete linear skate park, & jump line park improvements near 300 North Geneva Road. Provo City is soliciting this Proposals from qualified All-Wheel Park Design and Build consultant contractors to design and build a replacement skatepark & bicycle facilities at the Fort Utah Park near 300 North Geneva Road, Provo Utah, 84601. Consultant contractors are responsible for all permits, clean-up and disposal of excess construction debris, SWPPP, Fugitive dust control plan, and dust control. It is expected that the chosen Consultant contractor will follow the contents of this document and the accompanying drawings and specifications within the specified schedule.
