Specifications include, but are not limited to: Property Management of the Campus Collection of monthly rentals and other fees Billing and invoicing procedures Document procurement to potential Tenants Renewal procedures Tenant compliance with lease and regulations ADA compliance in a Key Rail station Compliance with applicable environmental rules and regulations Proper waste storage and removals Confirmation of proper Certificates of Insurance Coordination with tenants for necessary repairs Coordination with tenants for potential improvements Coordination with building management Tenant compliance with permits and licenses Coordination with Contractors and Subcontractors for work at the Campus Attendance at any applicable tenant meetings Necessary communications with Tenants Tenant feedback and issues Retail space and retail vending machines, subject to BESB waiver as applicable Office space Bus bay use and other bus access rights Event access and use (e.g. filming, photo shoots) Licensing for advertising or non-commercial informational messaging All other commercial space
