The University of Tennessee Martin is requesting painting services for bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas/kitchens for UVI and cleaning services for the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas/kitchenettes, public hallways, and lobbies for UVII. Arnold Pryor Place – Bedroom/Bathroom/Living Spaces Paint We are requesting painting services for the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and kitchens for Arnold Pryor Place (Building A) We are requesting a cost estimate for full paint for these areas. Some suites will be the same color, but Full Paint may include a color change. If color change is additional charge, please list it as a separate charge. Full paint will be corner to corner paint and cut-ins for ceilings, baseboards, and door frames. Ceilings are included. Vendor will be responsible for all furniture to be pushed to the center of the room and covered. Tacs, nails, tape, or anything that does not require hardware will be removed from walls by the vendor and filled in with spackle. All paint will be purchased by respondent and invoiced at cost to the university. Invoice will be required for payment. The cost of paint should not be included in the bid price. All other painting supplies will need to be provided by the vendor. Conner Community – Bedroom/Bathroom/and Living Area Suite Cleaning We are requesting cleaning services for the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes for Conner Community (Buildings F/G/H) All surfaces will be wiped down with cleaning agent, including the inside of cabinetry. All appliances will be cleaned inside. Vendor will move appliances and clean behind. The tub, tub surround, sink, and toilet will all receive a wipe down and all chrome will be shined. All flooring will receive a sweep, mop, and vacuum. Light fixtures and vents will be dusted but are not to be removed. Blinds and windows will be dusted and cleaned. Windows will be raised and the track wiped clean. Vendor is responsible for moving furniture (including appliances) to clean. Vendor is responsible for providing all cleaning supplies to complete the scope of work. Vendor will need to provide SDS sheets on all cleaning chemicals used. Conner Community - Carpet Cleaning All bedrooms, living areas, and public hallways containing carpet in Conner Community will be cleaned. 398 Bedrooms 95 Living Areas 9 Public Hallways CRB (Counter Rotating Brush) machine should be used that does not require heat or steam extraction. All supplies will be provided by the vendor. Vendor is responsible for moving all furniture to complete cleaning. Vendor will need to provide SDS sheets on all cleaning chemicals used.
