Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering is soliciting proposals for engineering and surveying services. The department wants assistance to design and create one construction bid package for the proposed improvements outlined in the 8th Street Park/Upper Splitlog Creek Watershed Stormwater Improvements Technical Memorandum that has been provided, including conveyance upgrades, stormwater detention, and green stormwater detention facilities. This project will mitigate flooding and improve the quality of stormwater runoff within the Splitlog Creek watershed. The consultant will provide all services listed below EXCEPT for those listed as being excluded. Excluded items are listed below as informational items only and are intended to describe information that will be provided to the selected offeror. These include topographic survey, easement extents and acquisition assistance, public meeting facilitation, and 30% design drawings. These items are being prepared before, and concurrent with, the work to be completed by the selected offeror to assist in meeting the project schedule.
