The total quantity of Fish is the estimated requirement for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County / Kansas City, Kansas Parks & Recreation Department and may be increased or decreased depending upon the price per pound to stay within the Parks Department Budget. 6.1.5 Size: All Catfish must be between One (1) and Two (2) pounds each.
