Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid (ITB) is being advertised by Washoe County’s Purchasing Division on behalf of the Community Services Department to purchase (2) prefabricated pedestrian steel bridges for the Riverbend Trailhead Project.. Issuance of this ITB shall in no way constitute a commitment by the County to execute a contract. The County reserves the right to issue addenda to this ITB prior to the closing date. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for any addendums to this procurement at www.demandstar.com prior to bid submission. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgement of this ITB and all subsequent amendments. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in response to this ITB, or to cancel this ITB if it is deemed in the best interest of the County to do so.
