The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Proposers (System Integrators) to provide, implement, and maintain a new Operational and Administrative ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution. The City seeks an overall solution(s) that will meet its needs, recognizing that it may be unlikely one software package will satisfy all its requirements and that functional point solutions may be needed. The City’s goal is to choose (a) highly configurable, COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution(s) that require minimal customization. The City recognizes it may be unlikely that one software package will satisfy all its needs and that functional point solutions may be needed. The City is seeking full implementation services that meet the specified service requirements including project management, solution design and configuration, integration, data migration, documentation, testing, training, solution provisioning and support.
