Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall respond to indoor temperature and noise or vibration and provide expeditious correction and keep a record of all complaints and corrections at all HCTRA facilities. Vendor shall inspect and if needed adjust all HVAC systems to operate at the highest efficiency twice each year, with Seasonal (summer/winter) start-up and run inspections. Results from these inspections shall be documented and provided to the Harris County Toll Road Authority within seventy-two (72) hours after inspection. Vendor shall inspect all moving parts or components, investigate noises: belts; bearings; drives; and fans, and lubricate and adjust as recommended per manufacturers specifications as part of the biannual inspections. Vendor shall perform a quarterly test of all HCTRA owned HVAC systems to ensure all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently. Vendor shall have full-time journeymen-level mechanical personnel and factory-trained automation specialists. Normal working hours shall be from 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST, Monday through Friday. Overtime hours shall be Monday through Friday, after 5:00 PM. Weekend and Holiday hours will be hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and will be paid at the rates quoted on the BidTable. Holiday rates shall only apply to County holidays. No work shall be performed on these days without written approval from an authorized Harris County representative.
