Review constructability of a trail on both sides of the roadway Identify, design, and implement storm water drainage improvements that appropriately meet Watershed District permitting rules and requirements Utilize a comprehensive agency and public engagement process to engage, obtain feedback, and achieve community acceptance Maintain the project schedule allowing for construction in 2026 Provide accurate and appropriate total project cost estimates Promote the long-term transportation goals of Washington County, City of Newport, and surrounding Cities Produce a municipally approved preliminary geometry layout and 60% plans that meets all MnDOT, and Washington County requirements
