Specifications include, but are not limited to: Hillside Road North of Verna Hill: The contractor shall restore this facility back to its pre-disaster design, function and capacity within the existing footprint. Replace 194 CY of unclassified soil at scoured head wall, 13 FT long x 13 FT wide x 31 FT deep. All borrow or fill material must come from pre-existing stockpiles, material reclaimed from maintained roadside ditches (provided the designed width or depth of the ditch is not increased), or commercially procured material from a source existing prior to the event. Documentation of borrow sources utilized is required at closeout. Mitigation consists of reducing future similar damages to Hillside Rd. by surface waters by adding flow able fill on the area next to culvert as noted by Applicant. Work to be completed includes: Timber Form or Sheet Cofferdam of 33 LF of cofferdam or Timber form 3' H, General Dewatering = 1Week of Dewatering, Flow able Fill = in three areas: 27'LX2'WX3'D= 162CF and two 6'x6'x3' = 108 CF; 378 CF (Total of three numbers = 162+108+108 =378) and Turbidity Curtain = 30 LF
