The Contractor will lead the stakeholder engagement process for developing an Oregon Energy Strategy. The work will involve strategic planning, coordination, logistical arrangements for meetings, preparation of meeting materials, facilitation of virtual and in-person meetings, notetaking, evaluation of progress, and preparation of memos throughout the project. The Contractor will undertake this work based on the Draft Stakeholder Engagement Approach that will be agreed upon with the Oregon Department of Energy, and evolve based on stakeholder engagement and feedback. Throughout this process, the Contractor will work closely with ODOE and with the Technical Contractor, making course corrections as needed to deliver a process that fairly and equitable engages with stakeholders, that is transparent, and that helps deliver a final report by the deadline of November 1, 2025
