Specifications include, but are not limited to: Attenuator Installation I-74 westbound at the Grant Street off Ramp. Replacement of TL-3 Attenuator at this location. Pictures of location are attached under the "Attachment Tab". Furnish all new material, equipment, mobilization, labor and traffic control per TC-418 and TC 420 (attached) to complete project. Pricing to be provided on lines 2-6 and total of these lines will be the total cost for this repair. Smart Cushion Innovations MASH Approved NCHRP 350 Approved All materials must be new and not used. All work to be done between the hours of Mon-Wed 8pm to 5 am, Thursday 9pm to 5am. Sunday 7pm to 5am. If worked can't be completed in one evening, vendor will need to protect the barrier wall with barrels. Vendor must be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor and be listed on the State's list of Traffic Control Technicians. Vendor to provide certificate of insurance per attached specifications and list the Iowa DOT as additionally insured. Current crash barrels will need to be removed by DOT prior to work being done. This will need to be coordinated with DOT personnel at that time. Worked to be completed by March 31, 2024.
