Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor to pmvide all necessary equipment to perform the installation as indicated in bid documents. Work performed and completed during class hours, including School Holjdays Evenings and Weekends. 2. Co.ntractor shall contact the contract administrator to arrange schedule upon award of the contract and prior to commencing any work. Monthly invoices are to be submitted listing only the exact services performed in the specified month. AIi work must be performed to the satisfaction of the contract administrator or payment will not be authorized. 3. Contractor shall have insurance coverage as outlined for injury to or destruction of property including loss of use wherefrom, and carry automobile hazard insurance as required by law. The Contractor shall produce copies of these insurance policies upon award of the bid to the Contract Administrator as stated in the contract General Contract ·Provisions. 4. The Contractor performing the work on MPS property shall immediately report all accidents and/or injuries to the agency contact person or designee. Contractor is responsible for any damage done to any property and/or injuries while performing any work, maintenance or services and will be required to make repairs accordingly. 5. The Contractor must have equipment and staffing to adequately perform the specified services. 6. Once work commences, Contractor is to work a consistent schedule as required to complete the work as quickly as possible. 7. Pick up litter, debris, etc. as required at the end of each workday.
