Install new sink, faucet, water lines, and shut off valves. Paint bathroom. Color determined by homeowner. • Second Bathroom repairs. Replace vanity, sink, faucet, water lines, and shut off valves. Replace GFI outlet and outlet cover. Replace vent cover. • Paint interior if needed. Color determined by homeowner. • Replace all outlet and outlet covers throughout the house. • Replace all light switches and covers throughout the house.
