Specifications include, but are not limited to: NOLA-PS is seeking contractors with experience in providing school-based services in consultation and/or evaluation services. NOLA-PS is seeking Vendors who can provide the full multidisciplinary Team for evaluations including but not limited to those listed below. The proposals must specify a rate per service inclusive of both direct and indirect costs where applicable. For example, the rate should cover the time spent providing the service, and any other time related to that service. Rates should be specific to the type of service being provided by the following: • Psychologist • Educational Diagnostician • Occupational Therapist • Physical Therapist • Speech/Language Therapists • Visually Impaired • Adapted Physical Education • Bilingual Interpretation/Translation • Initial Evaluation on Reevaluation with Initial Criteria • Reevaluation • Individual Assessment Components • Functional Behavioral Assessment • Development of Behavior Intervention Plan and/or Crisis Plan • Administrative Review of Private Evaluation • Contractors with school-based experience within New Orleans Public Schools are preferred.
