Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid project includes construction of a unit of box hangars northwest of the existing nested T-Hangars. The new hangar unit will have overall dimensions of approximately 55’ wide by 174’ minimum to 290’ maximum length. The base bid will include three box hangars, with two additive bids with one box hangar per bid. New asphalt apron area will also be constructed to provide access to and from the box hangar unit. Each box hangar will include electrical power, internal overhead lighting, light switches, electrical outlets, exterior lights over each hangar door, and electric bi-fold doors. Miscellaneous work items include demolition items, site grading and drainage, and erosion control.
