Specifications include, but are not limited to: Establishing a qualified list of on-call SUE Service Providers will allow the Department to ensure future projects requiring such services will not be subject to delays as a result of initiating the solicitation process for qualified vendors after projects have been identified. Selected Service Providers, and/or their proposed Project Managers, will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience performing SUE services, along with thorough knowledge of the requirements contained in American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Standard Guideline 38-22. Each proposed Project Manager must be a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Nevada with a minimum of three years of relevant SUE experience, and each proposing team must include at least one Nevada licensed Professional Land surveyor with three or more years of relevant experience working on SUE projects.
